Digital planning
A written plan for how your business grows.
Digital planning is a written, prioritized roadmap for how your business will use digital tools to grow. It covers marketing, sales, operations, finance and HR. We audit your current systems, define where you are going, and hand you a step-by-step plan with milestones, tools and costs. Then we help you implement it.
Why us to write it
We are business-savvy as well as tech-savvy. The plan is written by people who have guided owners through real change, and it treats your business as one connected system: operations, tools, customer journey and long-term goals.
| Reason | What it means for you |
|---|---|
Advisors under Canada’s national digital adoption initiative, 2022 to 2024![]() | Over 130 projects completed with funding. We guided owners through real change, and the plans we write keep working long after any program ends. |
| The plan covers every department | Marketing, sales, operations, HR and finance, from your CRM to your cash flow. Real digital growth touches every part of your business, not just the part with an ad budget. |
| A working document, not a binder | You do not get a 90-page PDF that collects dust. You get milestones, named tools, clear priorities and a team ready to implement, and we stay to help you run it. |
The process
Three stops. Here is what happens at each one, and what you leave with.
Custom digital roadmaps written: 100+Each one written for a single business: its model, its tools and its goals.
| Stop | What happens | You leave with |
|---|---|---|
| 1Where you are and where you want to go | The big picture: what is working, what is holding you back, and where you actually want to end up. “More leads” is not a strategy, so we dig into your model, your market, your messaging and the internal mess. | A clear destination |
| 2Your systems, inspected | We go through your tools, your software and your automations, or the lack of them, and show you exactly which ones are slowing you down or quietly costing you money. | An inspection report on your systems |
| 3The roadmap | A no-fluff, step-by-step plan with clear priorities, milestones, tools and next moves. We do not point at software and say good luck. We stay for implementation. | Your working plan |
Seven areas the plan improves
This is not about tweaking one thing. The plan reaches into every department, so the whole business pulls in the same direction.
| Area | What changes |
|---|---|
| Sales | Stop guessing what closes deals. We surface the patterns behind your best-selling products, tidy up the pipeline, and add tools that give your sales team clear KPIs, sensible goals and reports that actually get read. |
| Marketing | Marketing should bring in leads, not just likes. The plan maps where your customers actually spend their time, on search, social or email, and how to speak to them, so ad dollars stop disappearing. |
| Operations | Inventory, logistics and workflows connected so your systems talk to each other and stay in sync. Stock, orders or fulfilment, the chaos gets a process and the systems grow with you. |
| Finances | Your numbers should tell you where to double down, not make you squint. We pull the data across sales, marketing and operations to find hidden revenue and spot trends early. |
| HR | Onboarding, communication and productivity without the headaches. The right tools make internal communication easier and hiring smoother. Less time in meetings, more work done. |
| Service | A great client experience does not happen by accident. We map the full customer journey, first click to final follow-up, and set up a system that meets them on every channel. |
| Management | You cannot manage what you cannot see. Organized goals, measurements and communication bring clarity to your people and your progress. Less stress for you and everyone around you. |
What you get
The plan arrives as five pieces. Every one is written for your business, not pulled from a template.
- Current state and future goals analysis: where you are and where you are going
- Business tech overview: a full inspection of your tools
- One digital adoption roadmap: the plan itself
- One recommendation: the first move to make
- One implementation guide: how to make it
Straight answers
Frequently asked, plainly answered.
Who is digital planning for?
Solo founders, growing teams and established brands ready for the next step. We have written roadmaps for trades and construction companies, retailers with a store and a website, health and wellness providers, distributors, franchises and service businesses. If you sell, serve or want to grow, the plan fits.
How long does the roadmap take?
It depends on how many departments and systems we are looking at, so we agree the timeline with you before we start. You get a working document at the end, not a research project.
Do you help implement the plan, or just hand it over?
Both. The plan ships with a recommendation and an implementation guide, and our team can execute any part of it: ads, websites, video, automation through WC3, and reporting. We stay in the loop and adjust as you roll it out.
Ready to stop guessing and start growing?
We will look at where your business is, where you want it to go, and what the first three moves should be.
